An Investment in Our Community
At Access Community Health Centers, we do our part to help ensure a healthy and vibrant Dane County.
Support from our community makes this possible. Since we opened our doors in 1982, thousands of men, women and children have gained access to primary medical and dental care. In the last five years alone, we have provided more than 96,000 patient visits to low-income families and individuals in our community. In 2007, we will provide a record breaking 40,000+ medical and dental visits to low-income and uninsured residents of Dane County.

How You Can Help

Ways to Give
- Direct donations: You may send a gift directly to Access Community Health Centers or you may make an online donation. Please see the links below if you would like to make a donation. We accept both checks and credit cards. Many employers match gifts made by their employees. Check with your employer to see if this is an option for you.
- Honorary, Memorial and Special Occasion gifts: You can honor the special people who are an important part of your life with an honorary or memorial gift. An honorary or special occasion gift recognizes a special person or event in your life. A memorial gift is a lasting reminder of their past presence in your life and a remembrance of their unique contributions. If you would like to make a memorial or honorary gift, you may download and complete the donation form or make an online donation.
- Monthly or Quarterly Giving: You may spread commitments to Access Community Health Centers over several years and pay in annual, quarterly or monthly installments. We will send payment reminders upon request. A pledge can make it easier for you to give as generously as possible. For example, you can pay a pledge of $3,000 in quarterly installments of $375 over two years; as annual installments of $1,000 for three years; or $750 for four years. To establish a pledge, you may download and complete the donation form.
- Gifts of stock or property: You may also direct gifts of stock or property to Access Community Health Centers. We have an account with A. G. - Planned giving: A planned gift to Access Community Health Centers supports our work in the community. Planned gifts include:
- Wills and Estate Plans: Bequests can be a fixed amount or a percentage or the remaining value of your estate after loved ones are cared for.
- Life insurance: Your gift of life insurance to a charitable organization is a gift that continues in perpetuity. You can specify how the cash value proceeds of the policy are used. You may also make a gift which will pay the premiums for a policy in your name.
