Credit Card Terms and Conditions

All valid Visa, MasterCards, Discover or American Express credit cards are accepted. Credit card donations/orders are processed by PayTrace (https://PayTrace.com), via a secure SSL server. The Privacy Statement for PayTrace is located at http://paytrace.com/privacy.html. Credit card transactions will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction charged by Access Community Health Centers.

One-time Donation Payments:

• On the contribution/payment date, your credit card will be charged in the amount authorized by you.

If you elect Recurring Donations:

• Recurring donations will be charged on the date and by the frequency you specify. Payments will conclude once the total number of specified payments is collected.
• Access requires a 14-day notice to change your contribution amount or cancel your recurring donation. Donations will be charged to your account until we receive notification of cancellation or change. Once canceled, a new on-line registration for recurring transaction must be completed to restart your donation.

Access is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations will be considered unrestricted gifts, unless otherwise designated by the donor.

Personal information collected as a result of your donation transaction will be used for Access internal purposes only. Access does not sell, rent, lease, or give-away information collected during the transaction.
