Since 1982, Access Community Health Centers has been addressing the financial, cultural, and language barriers that prevent access to health care. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we provide affordable and comprehensive primary medical and dental care at two convenient Madison locations.
We work hand in hand with a host of partners, making us a vital component in Madison and Dane County’s response to the significant need for affordable health care.
As the only federally-qualified community health center in Dane County, our staff excels at providing high quality health care services and in helping our patients remove the barriers they face in accessing care.
