It's very complex to take care of elderly people with all of the medications that are available, and all of the symptoms that show up. Access is right on it. There have been a lot of incidents over the years--my file is pretty thick now-but it's so comforting to have a place where I can go and feel like somebody cares enough to let me grow old. -Fern
