Employee Statement

Access Community Health Centers values its relationship with employees. This relationship is best achieved if there is a mutual respect between employees and the organization. Each employee deserves fair, reasonable and objective treatment, a clean and pleasant working environment and good compensation.

Access Community Health Centers employs qualified persons of the highest caliber without discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, handicap, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation or status as a disabled veteran, special disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era, except where a bona fide occupational qualification exists under applicable regulations.
