Hours

Monday thru Friday - Days with occasional evening clinic coverage needed

 

Duties

Responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing phone lines, scheduling appointments and registering patients. Responsible for understanding and accurately recording patient insurance and income information. Utilizes excellent customer service and computer skills.

 

Required Skills

1) High school degree or equivalent.
2) Bilingual in English and Spanish.
3) Computer experience.
4) Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills

1) Customer service experience
2) Health care setting experience
3) Medical patient registration experience
