| Duties |
Participates in the establishment of new pharmacy services at ACHC. Performs professional, administrative and managment duties for this pharmacy.

| Required Skills |
Must have a valid Wisconsin Pharmacy License with a minimum of two years pharmacy experience.
|
| Preferred Skills |
Prior experience in a clinic setting, managing a pharmacy and working with a physician-dispensed pharmacy model.
