Since 1982, Access Community Health Centers has been addressing the financial, cultural, and language barriers that prevent access to health care. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we provide affordable and quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care at three Madison locations.

We work hand in hand with a host of partners, making us a vital component in Madison and Dane County’s response to the significant need for affordable health care.

Your Health Care Home

We help you achieve your best health so you can live a full and productive life.  At Access Community Health Centers, we provide you with timely, well-organized care and 24-hour access to doctors and other health professionals.

Important News

We are pleased to announce that as of July 1, 2009, Access Community Health Centers and the UW Health Wingra Family Medical Center have partnered to provide Wingra patients with additional services.

Although patients will notice a change in the clinic name and signage, they will continue to receive the same high-quality care at Wingra from the familiar clinic staff and medical providers whom they know and trust.  Wingra will remain in the same location with the same telephone number for appointment scheduling. Patients' insurance companies will continue to be billed for services.
